Kenneth Miller - 2014 Chevy Cruze

I've purchased three cars from Hayes, the last being a nice 2014 Chevy Cruze LTD. Two weeks ago my car's keyless ignition refused to start the car. There are steps to override this, but they failed. This happened across the street from Hayes.
I am disabled, so my wife went to see if someone from Hayes could help us. Please note, my limited warranty offered by Hayes had long expired.
A young Hayes salesman named Howard came over to help me, and between keeping an eye on the Hayes lot for customers, and running back-and-forth in an effort to get the car running (on a sweltering hot day) really showed me the Hayes cares about their customers.
Finally after about 30 minutes he succeeded. I can't begin to explain how much we appreciated his hard work. Hayes really cares about the customer.
(The problem, common with keyless ignitions, was that the key fob had to be reprogrammed.)
Anyway, kudos to Howard, and to Hayes. If you're looking for a good, used car I suggest you give them a visit.

We got more hands on help and no pressure whatsoever. Brayden was completely knowledgeable about the car we were looking at and handled all of our questions with ease.
